Cancellation Policy for Short Term Rental

Full Refund:

Guests will receive a full refund of their booking fees if they cancel the reservation at least 30 days prior to their scheduled arrival date.

Partial Refund:

If guests cancel their reservation fewer than 15 days but more than 10 days prior to the arrival date, they will receive a 50% refund of the total booking fees, excluding any service fees.

No Refund:

Cancellations made fewer than 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not be eligible for a refund.

Service Fees:

Service fees charged by the website are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made within the conditions that warrant a full refund as outlined in point 1.

Early Departure:
If a guest decides to leave before their scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights.

Extenuating Circumstances:

We understand that certain circumstances beyond a guest's control may arise, leading to cancellation. In the event of extenuating circumstances, guests are encouraged to contact the host or website's customer service directly for consideration of a possible refund or credit, regardless of the standard cancellation timelines.


If a guest wishes to alter their reservation dates (either push forward or pull back), it will be treated as a new booking. The cancellation policy will be based on the original booking date.

No Shows:

If a guest doesn’t show up for their booking without informing the host, no refund will be provided.
