Our building offers a range of leisure facilities, including a sparkling pool and a well-equipped gym, perfect for staying active and unwinding after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.

-Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 100 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through Airbnb separately-.


-Emergencies that can wait for the next day, will be scheduled to be solved the next day.

-Please remember that this is an Airbnb and not a hotel, technicians and staff must be scheduled with anticipation and when available will solve any situation. As well, we do not offer Hotel types of services.

-Response time during Holidays/Weekends and after certain hours can be limited, as well as the availability of staff and technicians.

Piantini is Santo Domingo’s City Center, it is the financial district, and it is where the best restaurants, bars, business centers and hotels are located. This is the place to be! Most of our apartments are located here because of its convenient location and its safety. It is an area that is safe to walk during the day and uber is always easy to get. It is the most luxurious area in the entire city and it’s where everyone wants to live.

We recommend to use uber if you are going to move out of piantini, if you will go shopping you can walk to blue mall, Acropolis, Agora mall.

General Rules:
1. The use of Hookah or Smoking is prohibited in the apartment or common (Website hidden by Airbnb) penalty fee.
2. Parties are not permitted. Please be quiet while others are sleeping and do not make any noise in the apartment or in the communal areas of the building. Hours of silence: Monday- Friday 11 Pm to 8 am and Saturday- Sunday: Midnight to 10 am. First noise warning US$500.00 penalty
Second warning eviction.
3. It is not permitted for more people to stay in the apartment other than number stipulated in the reservation, there is a US$500 dollars penalty fee if violated.
4. Please do not throw anything onto the street or into the inner (Website hidden by Airbnb) penalty fee.
5. Please dispose of the garbage in the garbage duct located on the emergency stairs, no boxes or glass allowed, only small bags. If no duct is present garbage must be taken to the main disposal bin by the parking lot. If apartment is left a mess an extra US$50 to US$100 will be applied as penalty for extra cleaning.
6. Please remember to turn off the lights and the air conditioning whenever you are not in the apartment. DO NOT put temperature of AC under 19 degrees celsius.
7. For your own safety. It is OBLIGATORY that you should DOUBLE LOCK the door whenever you leave the apartment. If the building in which your apartment is situated has a passage, please ensure that the passage door is locked between 9 pm and 8 am.
8. In the event that you lose a key or the remote control of the garage, or it is stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. The penalty for losing a key is US$ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb)
9. The towels are strictly for the bathroom: They must not be used as beach towels or washcloths. Damaged towels will be charged US$20.00 each.
10. If the building in which your apartment is situated has a communal terrace and/ or swimming pool, its hours of use are from 8 am to 10 pm, and access is prohibited outside of these hours. It is forbidden to have parties and play loud music. No more than 5 people from the apartment at the same time. Garbage must not be left on the terrace: it must be taken to the container in the parking area. Indecent exposure, indecent language or misconduct is not allowed. Violation of any of these and eviction of the property will be eminent.
11. Guests are not allowed to reserve common areas.
12. No professional filming or photography in the property or surroundings. US$ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) penalty fee.
13. Contacting hosts is from 8am until 10pm. Host is not responsible for any issues with your reservation or your stay outside these areas. If something goes wrong you will have to wait until the correct time to contact host. If you contact host outside this time penalty fee might be subject to charging from U$25.00 to US$ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) Technicians to fix any issues in the apartments are subject to availability, things do go wrong sometimes. We will work as hard as possible to fix them but reimbursement is not an option.
14. Illegal substances or activities are not allowed in the properties or common areas. Police will be notified immediately without warning and eviction is eminent.
15. We are not responsible for belongings left behind in the properties.
16. WATER SUPPLY in Dominican Republic is NOT sufficient for its demand. Conserve when bathing or washing. Water supply might be cut off at certain points to save it.
17. No disrespecting building employees.
18. Your host might ask you to provide pictures of your passport/government provided identification for building security purposes.
19. Cribs are available per request and it has an additional fixed cost of US $30 for your stay.
20. If listing is advertised with optional inflatable bed it is upon request.
Rules relating to then you leave the apartment
21. On the day of your departure. You must leave the apartment before 10 am as later.
22. The apartment must be left in good condition: Please make sure that the kitchen is tidy, the utensils are clean (it is not necessary to mop the floors, or wash sheets or towels) and that no food is left inside the apartment or the building.
23. It is obligatory to take the garbage and drop it into one of the containers on the street.
24. Before you go, please leave the keys on the lockbox near the door (if, on arrival, you collected the keys from somewhere else, you do not have to return them to the same place: please leave them in the lockbox). Make sure that the windows are securely closed, and when you leave, close the main door to the apartment firmly behind you.
