Yellowkey Rentals – House Rules

Welcome and thank you for choosing Yellowkey Rentals. We are committed to providing you with a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review the following house rules, which are in place to ensure a pleasant experience for you and all guests in the community.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 12:00 PM (noon)

Late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an additional fee.

Important: All guests must complete the check-in process through the link provided before arrival in order to receive access to the property.

Electricity Policy

Electricity is not included in the booking price. A flat US$15 per day electricity fee applies and must be paid at the moment of confirming the booking. This fee is standard for properties in this region and helps us maintain consistent service during your stay.

Occupancy & Extra Guests

The number of guests must match the reservation.

Unauthorized extra guests will incur a charge of US$50 per person per night.

Maximum occupancy limits must be respected at all times.

Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Visitors & Quiet Hours

Visitors are not allowed in common areas (pools, terraces, lounges, etc.) unless pre-approved.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Parties, loud music, or events are strictly prohibited.

WiFi & Amenities

The property includes WiFi, air conditioning, hot water, and access to residential pools and green spaces.

Access to clubhouses, paddle courts, golf, or other recreational areas may require prior reservation and additional fees. Please inquire with us or the facility management for details.

Housekeeping & Cleanliness

A one-time cleaning fee is included in your reservation and covers cleaning after check-out.

Mid-stay cleanings are available for an additional charge with advance notice.

Please dispose of trash properly and leave the unit in good condition.

Maintenance & Emergencies

In the event of a maintenance issue, Yellowkey will coordinate service with external providers.

Guests must allow access to the unit even in their absence, unless otherwise agreed.

Service hours are from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

Emergencies will be addressed as quickly as possible, based on technician availability.

Damages & Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.

Any damages will be assessed and charged accordingly after check-out.

Security & Condominium Regulations

This is a residential building or gated community. Please respect all condominium rules and staff.

Violation of these rules may result in penalties, eviction, or cancellation of the reservation.

Registration at security and use of wristbands or ID may be required.

Pets

No pets are allowed unless the unit is explicitly marked as pet-friendly and approval is given in writing prior to arrival.
