We want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the property, the community, and your fellow guests. Please read these rules carefully — by booking, you agree to follow them.

- Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 12:00 PM

Guests must complete the online check-in through the link provided after booking. This is mandatory to generate your access credentials.

Front gate check-in: After online check-in, stop at the security gate to confirm your reservation and receive your access passes.

Only registered guests are allowed to enter through the main gate — no exceptions.

- Occupancy & Visitors

The maximum number of guests is stated in your reservation.

No unregistered visitors allowed in the property or common areas.

Parties, events, or loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

- Electricity Policy

Short-term bookings: US$20 per day electricity fee (paid through Airbnb).

Monthly/long-term bookings: Electricity is not included. Guests will have access to the utility company’s app to pay directly for consumption.

-Water & Utilities

Hot water is available throughout the property.

Please help us conserve energy and water — turn off lights, A/C, and electronics when not in use.

- Maintenance & Support

Non-urgent issues will be scheduled for the next day.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel — technicians and staff work based on availability.

Response times and access to technicians may be limited on weekends or holidays.

By booking, you agree to allow entry for necessary repairs or services. If you prefer to be present, you must be available the entire day the service is scheduled.

-Smoking Policy

Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke in outdoor areas, disposing of cigarette butts properly.

-Pets

Pets are not allowed unless authorized in writing before arrival.

- Security & Community Rules

This is a gated community with 24/7 security.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Follow all condominium regulations — violations may result in fines or termination of stay without refund.
