House Rules – YellowKey Rentals (Club Hemingway, Juan Dolio)

1. Check-in and guest registration

Before arrival, it is mandatory to complete the online check-in process and submit the IDs of all guests who will be staying in the apartment.

On the day of arrival, all guests must stop by the front desk to confirm their reservation in person and receive their access wristbands.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. (early check-in may be possible upon request and subject to availability).

2. Check-out

Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.

Late check-out must be requested in advance and is subject to availability and an additional fee.

3. Occupancy and visitors

Only the guests included in the reservation and registered during check-in may stay in the apartment.

No more than 6 guests are allowed in the unit under any circumstances.

No outside visitors are allowed in the condominium’s common areas (pool, beach club, private beach, jacuzzi, gardens, gym, etc.).

Adding extra guests beyond the original reservation is not permitted without prior authorization.

4. Use of common areas

Please respect the condominium’s schedules and community rules.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m.).

Parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited.

5. Electricity and responsible use

For stays of one month or longer, electricity consumption up to 100 USD is included. Any excess usage will be charged separately through Airbnb.

Guests must turn off all air conditioners and lights every time they leave the apartment to avoid unnecessary energy consumption.

6. Maintenance and support

Non-urgent issues that can wait until the next day will be scheduled during regular service hours.

This apartment is managed by YellowKey Rentals and is not a hotel; technicians and staff must be scheduled in advance, and their availability may vary.

During weekends, holidays, or outside our service hours (9:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.), response times and technician availability may be limited.

7. Responsibility and safety

Always lock the main door when leaving the apartment.

Do not leave valuables unattended. Guests are responsible for their belongings and use of the property.

Please comply with all condominium rules and security staff instructions.

8. Additional rules

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Trash must be taken out upon check-out and disposed of in the designated condominium area.
