**House Rules for YELLOWKEY RENTALS **
Welcome to YELLOWKEY RENTALS! We strive to provide you with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests.
1. **Check-In/Out**:
- Check-in time: After 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM.
- YELLOWKEY RENTALS will ask you to provide pictures of the passport/government provided identification of the guests for building security purposes.
2. **YELLOWKEY's Smoke-Free Policy**:
- All properties under YELLOWKEY RENTALS are strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas. Please dispose of butts responsibly. US$250.00 penalty fee.
3. **Pet Policy**:
- Pets are not permitted within any YELLOWKEY RENTALS properties. Exceptions might be made for service animals with prior notification and approval with a PET FEE.
4. **Noise and Neighborhood Etiquette**:
- Please maintain a respectful noise level, especially between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM. No parties or loud gatherings permitted.v
5. **Occupancy Limit**:
- Only guests listed in the original booking are permitted overnight. Notify the management of any day visitors. there is a US$500 dollars penalty fee if violated.
6. **Maintain Cleanliness**:
- We pride ourselves on providing clean spaces. Upon departure, please leave the property tidy. Excessive mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
7. **Report Damages**:
- Inform YELLOWKEY RENTALS immediately if any damage or breakage occurs. Charges might apply for repairs or replacements.
-Emergencies that can wait for the next day, will be scheduled to be solved the next day.
-Please remember that this is an apartment and not a hotel, technicians and staff must be scheduled with anticipation and when available will solve any situation. As well, we do not offer Hotel types of services.
-Response time during Holidays/Weekends and after certain hours can be limited, as well as the availability of staff and technicians.
8. **Safety First**:
- Ensure all fire hazards, such as candles or stoves, are never left unattended. Review safety guidelines provided in the welcome pack.
9. **Parking Protocol**:
- Use only the designated parking areas provided by YELLOWKEY RENTALS. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the owner's expense.
10. **No Unlawful or Commertial Activities**:
- Any illegal activities or possession of illegal substances is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- No professional filming or photography in the property or surroundings. US$500.00 penalty fee.
11. **Amenities**:
- Utilize all property amenities, such as pools or gym equipment, with care. Children should always be supervised.
- Guests are not allowed to reserve common areas.
- The towels are strictly for the bathroom: They must not be used as beach towels or washcloths. Damaged towels will be charged US$20.00 each.
12. **Waste Management**:
- Dispose of garbage responsibly using provided bins. If recycling is available, kindly follow guidelines.
13. **Lost Items**:
- YELLOWKEY RENTALS is not responsible for any personal items left behind. However, we will do our best to return items upon request. A shipping fee may apply.
- In the event that you lose a key or the remote control of the garage, or it is stolen, please let us know as soon as possible. The penalty for losing a key is US$ 150.00.
14. **Wi-Fi Usage**:
- Internet access is provided for your convenience. Kindly refrain from excessive downloads or any illegal online activities.
15. **Environmental Care**:
- Help us conserve energy. Switch off lights and electronic devices when not in use and try to use water judiciously.
- -Electricity in Santo Domingo is very Expensive, for monthly rentals there's a limit of 50 dollars of electricity consumption, if there's a difference will be charged through our system separately-.
By securing a booking with YELLOWKEY RENTALS, you agree to abide by these rules. Non-compliance might result in penalties or eviction without compensation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Enjoy your stay!
